Conrad began his career in the car wash industry shortly after graduating from Boys Town High School, where he quickly discovered a passion for the business and its potential. Early in his career, he became a key driver behind the growth of a single-location operation into a multi-state organization.
Throughout his tenure, Conrad played a pivotal role in scaling the business from 1 location to 28 locations by building the operational foundation that supported that growth. He was directly responsible for developing and implementing the systems that drove performance across the organization—including membership sales processes, leadership training programs, standard operating procedures, and accountability structures.
As Vice President, Conrad led operations at scale, ensuring consistency, profitability, and execution across all locations. His leadership focused on creating clear processes, developing strong leaders, and building a culture of accountability—allowing the business to grow without sacrificing performance or customer experience.
What set Conrad apart was his ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable systems that teams could execute daily. From membership growth strategies to retention programs and leadership development, he helped build a model that produced consistent, measurable results.
Through this experience, Conrad recognized a common challenge across the industry: many car wash owners are working harder than ever, but lack the systems, structure, and leadership needed to truly scale.
That realization led to the creation of WashWise Academy.
WashWise Academy was built to help car wash owners across the country implement proven systems that drive growth. Through coaching, training, and real-world strategies, Conrad now works directly with owners to increase memberships, improve retention, develop stronger teams, and build more profitable, scalable businesses.
His approach is not theory—it’s built from experience.
